Auto-Pay: Want to set up automatic credit card or eCheck payments? Enroll Now using the “Utility Payment” link to the right, log in to your Home page and select "Enroll in Auto Pay". $1.25 vendor fee applies per Debit/Credit Card payment. No fee for eCheck.

Automatic Bank Draft is also available without a fee. Please complete the Bank Drafting Agreement and return to City Hall with voided check. Bank Drafts are processed on/about the 16th of each month.

New Customers: Are you new to Buellton, or moving within Buellton? Please click on the appropriate Application below to submit online or print the Application for Water and Sewer (print) to submit in person or by fax. Please call 805-688-5177 during business hours to confirm the fee and deposit due with application. Payment via phone as debit/credit card or all methods accepted in office.

Water & Sewer Low-Income Discount Program: Click on the Low-Income Discount application below for eligibility details. New program offers 20% off water and sewer service charges with proof of enrollment in CARE program with either PG&E or SoCal Gas. Program is ongoing, apply now!
